Ordered 2 pizzas an hour and a half in advance, it was 35 minutes late and clay cold , when I rang up to complain they didn’t care and said that they were busy !Never again !!

I normally couldn't rate Tanfield Chippy enough but my order tonight was a huge let down. I am regular customer but I don't think I will be back unfortunately. I purchased a meal deal both pizzas weren't cooked properly, the dough was still soft and not cooked long enough. One of the pizza was stuck to the lit so most of the cheese came off unsure why the little white stoppers wasn't used to prevent this. On opening the carrier bag I saw that the garlic sauce was all over the entire bag. I order 2 large and one small garlic sauce but it was both the large sauces had bust so that was a waste of money. The small remaining garlic sauce was like water not like normal. The last complaint is the kabab meat that was sent. It was overcooked and so dry. Not nice at all, so all in all tonights meal was a huge disappointment and to be honest a waste of money.

We went in for 2 bags of chips a week ago. And this is what we got. Burnt chips that were rock hard and couldn’t eat them. It’s gone down hill since it opened. Don’t waste your money. Orders are always wrong and food is vile.

Just had a small pizza, was awful and stodgy, not a very hygienic place, saw guy eating crisps in-between making all food and didn't wash his hands, not sure how they got 5 stars the place is a right mess!!

If you order in person, please don't order through the people who aren't English. They will always get the order wrong even when you're right infront of their face explaining how you want your food. Potentially dangerous due to allergies and the staff not listening.

disgusting attitude food was an hour late rang them then food was delivered freezing and food missing rang back couldn't understand person on phone asked to speak to soneone else i was told no they hung up and now not answering
