Great food but a bit small

I believe KFC is not providing adequate staff numbers effects there ability to be more equipped, effective and efficient.

We always go here,but went today just after school run about 3:40 so it was quiet only us and one other family,so they were not busy but no body was there to serve you,was left waiting over 5 minutes for somebody to even come out,when,they did I asked one off about 5 off them is anybody serving or going to take my order,the staff just ignored me and walked off and his colleagues all seen that we were asking and had been waiting a while,we also asked two colleagues that were sat having a chat in the sitting area if anybody was serving, all they done was shrugged their shoulders,so we had enoigh and just left,I have never been treated and ignored the way they did today in my life,absolutely ignorant and arrogant service,would never go here again.

Great food but slow to prepare.

Spent £33 pound on two meals, four chicken legs, two mini fillet burgers and two extra drinks. The burgers from the meals must have been flung in the bag because the tops of the buns were outside of the box and everything was just scattered in the bag. Took this back to the counter, which they offered to replace and could see the staff laughing in the kitchen, so make of that what you will. Always use this kfc but not no more.

There was only 3 people in the whole place. So it wasn’t busy at all. But they still managed to mess the 3 orders up and the food was cold. The wait was about 10to 15 minutes. Never again will I go

Food was cold and the fillet burger and wrap were devoid of any moisture with only a mouses thimble full of mayo in each. Will stick to fried chicken by itself.

Restaurant was quite quiet for a Sunday lunch time. Food served quite quickly and was nice and hot.

Drive thru was extremely busy on an evening when we called in.We popped in to order to takeaway (was much quicker!). They have self-service machines and plenty of dining space.There are plenty of parking spaces in the car park too. Including a few disabled bays.Inside of establishment looks very clean and fresh. I think its a new store perhaps, either way the interior was nice and modern.Toilets were a little dirty, but it was evening, so that could be why.The food wasn't great. It was a little on the cold side, which is why I've given only 3 stars.Parking: Plenty of disabled bays

Service rather robotic and impersonal. Toilets do not fully support people with disability problems. Building a bit barn like and unwelcoming.

Even though we were only customers sitting in to eat, the place was dirty. Server was canny. I asked him for a cloth so we could clean our table( all tables were dirty? He apologised, said he would come and do it. I wasnt rude. He asked if we could go on other side, so he could do the tables. We moved, it was worse, floor was littered with food etc. I swept up for him as he was on on his own. He was stressed. Greedy kfc managers! All about the deliveries.
