“Lovely place to sit after a couple of hours shopping ? drinks were lovely and place was clean and tidy...could spend all day looking at the selection of chocolates they have to offer ”

The lady on the front desk was very helpful and polite. The lovely young, duty manager who authorised the exchange was just as professional too. No hassle, problem solved very quickly. In a courteous manner.
Very nice experience to have dealt with lovely staff.
It was also good to see the security doing their job correctly. I got stopped when the alarm was triggered. But they are just as professional. Nice well-run store.”
