Visited this cafe very tired after my first trip out for a month. I broke my ankle. The member of staff who served me kindly offered to bring my order over to my table. How lovely. Really appreciated that.
Whilst the service was fairly prompt, it was a disappointing visit. There were little bugs roaming around in the glass counter where open sweet snacks were placed. We pointed out the bugs and the assistant scooped them out of the way but didn't change her gloves before restacking the food. It was very noisy with the very loud coffee machines so we struggled to have a conversation. The air vent below the shelf with crisps and food on it was coated in thick layers of dust.
