No ice lattes available; no toffee lattes; no hot chocolate; no milkshakes.I had to then wait for 25 minutes in the queue to get out.I only wanted a drink to help me with a night of DIY.Nothing was even offered as compensation. So so disappointed that all of these items were out of stock / broken on a Tuesday evening.

Cannot thank the staff here enough for what they did for me Fri 18 Aug '23:- I am severely disabled but mobile [very slowly] and on my arrival at this branch about 2pm, I was greeted by a barrier at the door due, apparently, to a damaged paving stone which had been repaired and was setting, and so everyone was being diverted to the other entrance/exit on the far side of the building. The branch manager came out to me, checked over the flooring, then switched on the doors to save me going 'the long way'. He then arranged for staff to take my order at table and have it brought to me. I had originally decided to go into the branch as I am sick of never seeing anybody and wanted the change in routine, but I was prepared to hobble back to the car to use the Drive-thru instead, seeing as I had managed to get this far. The difference this made to my day is immeasurable, and I cannot express adequately how appreciated this gesture was.

I regret to say that my recent visit to McDonald's at Teesside Park left me thoroughly dissatisfied and disheartened. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by excessive wait times and a shocking lack of respect exhibited by the staff.Upon entering the establishment, I was optimistic about doing my first delivery as an Uber Eats driver. However, that optimism quickly faded as I found myself standing in line for an unbelievably long period of time. The wait extended far beyond what one would expect, even during busy hours. The lack of organization and efficiency was painfully evident, and it seemed like the staff were struggling to manage the incoming orders. Yes continued to serve the drive thru customers. Are deliveries not orders?What truly compounded my frustration was the attitude of the staff members. Instead of addressing the situation with professionalism and courtesy, their behavior was nothing short of appalling. Their disregard for customers' time was evident in their dismissive attitudes and lack of communication. The atmosphere was tense, with no effort made to ease the discomfort of those waiting. Especially the middle aged caucasian male manager who showed no concerns or even acknowledgement of the long que of drivers waiting for their deliveries. Who don't get paid to wait by the way.As someone who values good customer service and understands that delays can happen, I was shocked at the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. McDonald's is a globally recognized brand, and one would expect its branches to uphold a certain standard of service. This particular location, however, failed to meet even the most basic expectations.I am deeply disappointed by this experience. As an Uber Eats driver, I rely on timely service to ensure that I can efficiently deliver orders to customers. The excessive waiting times not only affected my schedule but also tarnished my perception of McDonald's as a reliable option for quick meals.In conclusion, my visit to McDonald's Teesside Park was marred by frustratingly long wait times and an alarming lack of respect demonstrated by the staff. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these issues and works towards rectifying them. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances.

Me and my family went into this McDonald’s after watching Avatar 2 (earlier this year) and it was the worst experience ever. The food was ok but the workers and atmosphere were definitely not. My family noticed one of the workers just standing there with a mop while turning their body. The table we sat one was the only one available and it’s surroundings were horrible. There was a spilled chocolate milkshake, which they didn’t clean up, and the ketchup dispenser/paper cups were disgusting. I would never visit again.

I'll never visit again. The place was filthy, food and rubbish allover the floor. The self service machines were disgusting and dirty. The toilets were shocking. Just all round awful.

The food is horrible it's cold and the motaral bites the cheese it cold ice-cream melted it like it was sat there like 20 minutes my cheese burger was cold hard and horrible the fries where cold and hard as well payed 30 quid for nothing never getting macdonaled agian they don't even know how to cook for anymore.

Food was nice and gave the sauces we wanted but one member of staff was really passive aggressive towards us. When we told him our receipt and the number wasn’t printed out, he just told us it was our fault for not watching the screen. We didn’t watch the screen because we waited for the receipt. He said it really passive aggressively and it spoiled our time there. In future put on the screen that it doesn’t print receipt.

Stopped by for a rest and a bite on my way home. Was very busy but they were working as quick as possible. Reasonable food for the price and the iced latte was spot on
