Cannot thank the staff here enough for what they did for me Fri 18 Aug '23:- I am severely disabled but mobile [very slowly] and on my arrival at this branch about 2pm, I was greeted by a barrier at the door due, apparently, to a damaged paving stone which had been repaired and was setting, and so everyone was being diverted to the other entrance/exit on the far side of the building. Food was nice and gave the sauces we wanted but one member of staff was really passive aggressive towards us. When we told him our receipt and the number wasn’t printed out, he just told us it was our fault for not watching the screen. We didn’t watch the screen because we waited for the receipt. He said it really passive aggressively and it spoiled our time there. In future put on the screen that it doesn’t print receipt.
