Can't believe that we paid just under £15 for 5 fish bites ,chips and sausage x2. This was a complete waste of money I've had bigger scraps than the fish bites . see photos. We travelled 400 yards home and all food was lukewarm. We have taken takeaways home from Hartlepool, Thornley, shotton and all we've still hot.Wish I could give zero . This is the worst takeaway we've ever had,

During our visit to my wife's parents in the area, we decided to stop by 'Gills Takeaway' to grab a few pizzas. We were greeted with incredibly friendly service, and the pizzas were not only reasonably priced but alsoreally delicious ! The variety of items they have on offer is impressive; we even ended up purchasing a couple of bottles of wine. The combination of fabulous food, reasonable pricing, and excellent service is hard to beat. As someone who typically only leaves reviews when unhappy, I can't help but make an exception for this outstanding experience. 'Gills Takeaway' definitely deserves this glowing review ! Thank you for the fantastic dinner; we'll definitely be returning ! ?❤️

Not been here for over three years but gave it a try again.Lovely pizza and nice kebab proper thick garlic sauce and lovely cheesy chips it's improved a lot.Parking: Parking spaces next to take away so you can pull off the road

Well someone decidee to prank order to my home address. I have 2 very young children both under the age of 2. So they were banging on the door it was about 9pm children were asleep and I was in bed. They kept banging on the door I went down and said I havent ordered food the man then got out of the car and started shouting abusive comments waking my children up I had to get my partner to come down. Rang the take away and was told I had to pay and they even started being abusive over the phone. It took them 20 minutes to leave. Do not order from these.
