Only 2 of us in the que still took the girl over 10 minutes to serve and every drink she made was short measure the blonde manageress was walking about the shop talking, my drink was medium skinny latte the manageress came back pucked a latte up the girl had made and poured it into my container so I said that's not skinny and it's not extra hot, so she pulled a face poured it out and mad the drink I'd ordered

The staff in here are great!..very friendly..they remember your name..I love a hot chai latte and they are making it for me practically before I've got my coat off!.It seems to be a popular place for people to meet up as its always busy and buzzy...good atmosphere ..?

Overpriced coffee shop - go to blondes across road it’s better.Rude woman as pointed out by other reviews the one with the ‘teeth’ shouting at customers, very unprofessional. I feel sorry for the other staff that have to work with her.Won’t be back until they sort staff out.

Used to be really nice place to go and have a coffee but has gone really downhill.Went to take my kids in for a babyschino as closes at 18.00 but went in at 17.20 and all the seats was up and just about closed and couldn't have felt more of a hindrance if I tried.Safe to say id say the place closes at half 5 at the latest.

Not overly impressed. The chap who served me was chippy & disinterested.This in not what I expect when paying top dollar for a coffee.
