Very rude customer service on telephone was ordering got rushed absolutely unacceptable and not called for saying if I wasn't ready or got it written down then don't call until you are fully all brain on deck absolutely outrageous never ordering as it was my 1st time calling

Food was absolutely awful, cold and tasteless. When we rang to complain the staff were extremely rude and did not do anything to amend the order. Avoid this takeaway at all costs!

Absolutely atrocious from the wait time to the customer service yes Friday nights are busy but that does not justify a 2 and a half hour wait time. Then in calling the place the customer service recived was terrible constantly blaming everything but themselves to swearing at myself and other people. This is completely unacceptable and something needs to be done about this.

Ordered the 2x 12 inch deal. The Pizzas were delivered lovely and hot. They were delicious.As tourists to the area, Cottingham Pizza is highly recommended by me!

Ordered once so far and will definitely order again as it was very nice pizzas.Also wanted to add how nice they are in the shop, I wanted some peppers to make fajitas but sainsburys had none so I took a chance and went in to ask for some and they was nice enough to give me some sliced peppers for free, made my night. Thankyou so much.

Order was delivered incomplete. Apparently this is a common problem. They adopted their "failsafe" approach of shouting increasingly loudly at me telling me it was my fault. Breathtaking . Don't waste your time - or money. There are plenty of takeaways in the area better than this complete s#itshow.

very rude on phone, cheese pizza was inch thick in cheese and was dripping out of box upon arrival and also kebab portion was very small for a large when rang up to complain was told not to order again if i wasn't happy. cheap and easy take away no passion for food. take notes >>ciao<< in Beverley! best take away in eastriding.
