Just simply one of the best food you can expect from a Italian Takeaway. Our Chicken dishes was absolutely stunning. Although we called late when nearly our food was ready for delivery for adding another item, their costumer service was very friendly and fulfil our demand perfectly.we definitely back soon and recommend you to everyoneVegetarian options: Many Veg Pasta and Pizza and beautiful Mediterranean Salad with Gluten Free option.

AVOID!!! HORRIBLE FOOD, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are not local to the area and ordered here due to it being listed in the Raywell Hall lodge booklet (where we are staying). The food took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it did, it was cold and appalling quality. Upon contacting the restaurant to pay (as the card machine wouldn’t work with the delivery driver) we discussed the issues and asked if they could amend the bill due to the quality of food and wait time. The manager shortly rang back and proceeded to argue stating that no one has ever complained about the food and we didn’t know what we were talking about!! He said he personally cooked our food and there was nothing wrong with it. As we have now discovered from previous reviews this is an absolute lie. The manager finally agreed to a discount after being rude and argumentative and the phone call ended with him putting the phone down on us. We’ve eaten in many Italian restaurants and this place should be ashamed to even call themselves Italian!!!! We are disgusted by the treatment you gave us and will be advising Raywell Hall to remove your menus from their lodge packs.
