Absolute little gem of a place - maybe the best in-house sweet treats I’ve tasted anywhere. I can’t believe Cottingham has this - I can’t think of a better little coffee shop I’ve seen in London.

Lovely small coffee/tea room. Been here several times, for drinks and snacks. Lovely, friendly staff. Good service. Also dog friendly, the young lady there even asked if we would like some water for our assistance dog. We didn't, but it was a lovely gesture that she asked. Will be back again soon.
