Oder a pizza last week. I know it was closing time for the business so wasn't sure the order would be accepted but it was I had ordered a 13 inch New York pizza and when it arrived it was the next size down. The driver was very rude shouting at me saying I should've ordered earlier it was really inconvenient as I had already cleaned up shop. The pizza had looked like it been put together by a 10-year-old it was a mess and it looks like it's been put in the back of the car on an angle because it was all squished up to one side when it arrived. I rang up the next day to complain about the service, as promised a refund within 3 to 5 fast forward six days still no refund so I rang the business back up and now they're saying I won't be getting a refund and they would have to speak to her higher up to see if they could rectify the problem.

Ordered a ham and pineapple pizza, it took close to an hour and 15 minutes to arrive, and it arrived as ham and sweetcorn, luke warm because it was cooked an hour before it arrived. Rang up to be told they could make a new one but it was taking a long time to deliver everything and they wouldn’t refund any money because they didn’t think it was their fault. Certainly won’t be using again.

The staff were exceptionally busy and still very friendly. Pizza was delicious
I rung after 30 mins as I thought the tracker app was stuck. They said it’s on delivery should be 5 more mins. Another 30 minutes later, still no pizza…. Two very cold pizzas turn up over an hour after delivery on a quiet Sunday night.

I spend 24£ for two pizza and and I opened first pizza and I found hair inside made me really sick and disgusting because I already had first bite I was usually customer but after this I'm done with Domino pizza. Horrible
