I've been to this Costa a few times now, most Saturday mornings before volunteering at Castaway.The staff are always patient and give great recommendations. If they're not sure on something, they will double check. Staff seem very aware of disabilities and accommodations including providing extra time. There is an accessible toilet and all areas are accessible to those with mobility difficulties.The drinks are brilliant and the choice is varied. Same with food. This is “Costa Coffee “ in Goole. In a Good location, the front Train station. Here I visited for the first time. Good idea to spend time with a cup of your favorite iced Latte while you wait for a train.Personal is lovely, kind, and keeps attention to details.

All Costa coffee outlets are the same. Built to the same plan and serving identical menus. The only thing that makes them different is the people. The staff at Goole are brilliant, helpful and friendly. That's what makes people return, not the coffee.
