Ordered a vegetable deluxe burger. Bit into it and realised it was chicken... not what you want when you're a vegetarian! Staff thought it was highly amusing when I told them about this. They laughed and admitted that had happened before and it was an easy mistake to make. Absolutely disgusting. This should not happen. I ordered a veggie meal for a reason.What if they make this mistake with someone who has serious allergies?? Completely incompetent and ignorant staff..

This is just another one fast-food restaurant. There is nothing special about it apart from the fact that every town, city and near every motorway in the world ?. Still a good place for a good bite and I would rather stop in McDonald's than another fast food restaurant.

Never go to this McDonald's after midnight. I have tried on multiple occasions and it's always closed, for various reasons.

We arrived together 6 of us,ordered by touchscreen for a morning treat.Order took incredibly long time to get to me as i was standing waiting for it.Other orders were delivered to tables while i was still waiting even though my number was on board saying collect now.After another 10 minutes my order came out, i took it to table.After passing it out was short 3 breakfast orders.No reason given for wait or mistake,very shabby for a normally well run franchise.Dont go there for fast service.
Food missing from order said I would be refunded I was but only £1.60 when one of missing items (wrap) cost £4.59 and not the first time it's happened either it's a boody joke never ordering mcdonalds

As a FAST food outlet, this particular place sometimes struggles to serve simple items on time even when they make them on time. Yes,food is great, no questions there , but the colleagues need to pay more attention to serving customers just-in-time. As an example, my mate has ordered a simple coffee , but had to wait for more than 20 minutes, although the coffee was made straight away, but the assistant has forgotten to serve it, so just left on the shelf.

Went there round after midnight after a show, was full of underage kids being loud and weird and making noises at you, the staff wasn’t bothered. Had to take our food and eat in the car.
