The reception staff were very friendly and efficient.The rooms were clean and warm and well kept.The staff in the adjoining restaurant were again very friendly and helpful.This is the second time I have used the hotel and will definitely use it again.If you like my review please follow me as I regularly review and give an honest review.
Considering this is just off the motorway, it was really quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay againFood & drinks: Restaurant connected didn't have to walk outside to enter, just walk through from hotel reception

The staff are lovely and friendly. We were only given one set of towels for a 3 night stay and 2 sachets of coffee, 2 tea bags and 4 little cartons of milk. It would be good if the tea trays were filled like they used to be before the pandemic.There were no "in the area" leaflets in the foyer and I had no idea of other interesting places to visit other than work lol
