The young lady on reception was so lovely and welcoming. It's just wonderful when you arrive at a hotel and receive that kind of greeting.

The staff are lovely and friendly. We were only given one set of towels for a 3 night stay and 2 sachets of coffee, 2 tea bags and 4 little cartons of milk. It would be good if the tea trays were filled like they used to be before the pandemic.There were no "in the area" leaflets in the foyer and I had no idea of other interesting places to visit other than work lol

I don't know what's going on in the restaurant anymore? But it's getting worse every time we go ! The meals are always cold!! EVEN when l've asked for them to be hot!! Again and again !! It's shame as we liked to come here ? ????

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient.The rooms were clean and warm and well kept.The staff in the adjoining restaurant were again very friendly and helpful.This is the second time I have used the hotel and will definitely use it again.If you like my review please follow me as I regularly review and give an honest review.

Considering this is just off the motorway, it was really quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay againFood & drinks: Restaurant connected didn't have to walk outside to enter, just walk through from hotel reception

Food was a lot better than the last time I went. They can abolish the car parking charges altogether as there suspended at the moment. The place is clean comfortable and the staff are great. I recommend the fish pie.

Slow Web. No 4g or 5g reception... I think they have a blocker on it to make you buy the upgraded net. Staff are lovely. Rooms clean. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast are brilliant.

Pleasant professional staff.Convenient quiet location close to the M62.Clean rooms.The only negative is that mobile phone coverage is not very good and the Hotel's WiFi is not all that good either.

Stayed in the Premier Inn Goole just off the M62. Great location while travelling across the country. Bedroom was clean, bed comfortable and all staff were pleasant. The Georgie on reception was a laugh and gave me directions to my next job (think his name was Rob). Left fist thing so didn’t experience breakfast.
