Went to the old George Goole today for mums 96th birthday. We had a two.course Christmas ? meal which was superb. We couldn't fault it. The staff are really good I asked them if they had a candle for mum's Xmas pudding and it came out candle lit and they all sang happy.birttday to mum we couldn't fault it. Really good. Went to steak night . Really good lovely steak , chips , onion rings and tomato. Hubby had home made fruit crumble as well . Definitely visit again . Thank you x

Beautiful meal here again. Some of the best home cooked food I’ve had in a pub. Great service and very warm welcome. Great choice of beers. I had a chicken hanging kebab and it was beautiful and there was loads. Great kids menu my daughter loved the fish fingers chips and peas even get an ice cream. Nothing is too much trouble for Kim, Kassie and the team.

Been here a couple of times now the place never disappoints, one of the best places for food in Goole. Menu has a good selection of food to choose from along with the specials board too. They do the best Sunday roasts EVER! Staff are lovely and easy to get along with which is a bonus!! I would highly recommend :)
