We ordered food to be delivered and paid online. However the takeaway never arrived. After ringing them they said they never received the order despite a confirmation number.

We had ordered Love Italian many a time before tonight, and although it was hit and miss sometimes, we had some delicious meals from there, so we kept going back. (they seem to have two chefs one of which still cares, the other not too much). After today, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. My calzone arrived not only soggy (which can kind of be forgiven) but with raw, underseasoned and just generally not edible. I called to see if maybe it was a mistake, but the young lady who spoke to me was clearly getting very angry instructions from the chef telling me to essentially get lost. I drove over with the pizza, only to get chef and the manager telling me how I was wrong about essentially everything, and the chef did not exactly choose his tone or words. They gave me my money back eventually but refused to return the money for the delivery. SUBPAR FOOD and AWFUL attitude.

This is hands down the best takeaway in the area. I travel from Brough for the food that is ALWAYS to a great standard. Tastes amazing. I haven’t had a takeaway from anywhere in the west hull villages that even comes close to this!The fillet steak and chips are to die for and the cheesy garlic bread is the closest thing to perfect you could ask for from a takeaway. Highly recommend this place if you know good food

Love this place we've ordered from here a few times and I can't fault it, burgers are proper tasty pizzas are also really nice there is loads to choose from and it also sells ice cream. I would highly recommend.

Giving two stars cos the mix grill was ok but everything else wasn’t. The pasta was very salty and oily, the garlic bread very chewy and just bread with a hint of garlic..and the meat load pizza..the ingredients were of not quality at all so it was just not good. Quite pricey considering the quality of products delivered..I would not recommend it.
