I was told to go to lily's whilst at whiteheads a year back . I had previously tried lily's when it was harpers .. but not since it was lily's. We have had fish chips twice from here recently and it spot on. Really clean , lovely sitting area cafe .I think best fish chips hornsea , all was perfect the batter , the fish and the peas .I had a lite bite portion of fish chips, it was big enough for me .Would highly recommend

No veggie options at all and staff were quite short with us. Some of the group went a different day to see if the beef dripping chips were really nice but said they couldn't taste the difference and that they could have just been cooked in normal oilVegetarian options: No vegetarian options, not even the chips

Stumbled across lily's bang on dinner time and so glad l did , large haddock large sausage n bread bun n scraps , the tastes n flavours of the 3 items l ordered were so fresh , the haddock was absolutely ? ? l will certainly be calling again when I'm out that way.

We come here on a Friday for our fish and chips we have a business in Hornsea us and our son in law has a separate business. Its our weekly treat .we are never disappointed fabulous white flaky fish and crispy batter ,always fresh and cooked to order .Great service.

Fantastic curry sauce definitely would recommend. Fish almost on par with whiteheads but cheaper.Nice chips and a good amount. Mushy peas nice and tasty with a good consistency.Downsides, not a great deal of seating whilst waiting and table's quite close together but as its also a takeaway sacrifices had to be made with space for walk in customers to queue and get served.

Made an error with our order which left us waiting 30 minutes for three portions of chips. It was only when we noticed our order number had been skipped that we queried it and found it was wrong. They did apologise and refund the difference but a more reliable ordering system than just paper tickets might be a better way forwards.
Beautiful freshly cooked generous sized cod. Fabulous thick curry sauce. Super clean shop.... Will definitely return and would recommend ?

The best fish and chips for miles. We go every week. The staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you, they’re always smiling which makes you feel welcome. The restaurant is spotless. We like our fish and chips a certain way and they deliver. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all the lovely staff. From large place and floured regular haddock. You will be hard pushed to find a better fish and chip shop and restaurant than this..the food is fantastic..the service top notch and the cleanliness 10 out of 10..I cannot recommend this place high enough..I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
