Walk in and was seated at the table with stand up heaters next to us as it was freezing in side!! We was the only table in there and it took 15mins before we was even asked about drinks…..then had to wait another 20 mins before we got our drinks then 45mins later we decided to leave because there was no staff in the restaurant, there was about 7 people stood in the kitchen talking and eating!AVOID THIS PLACE!!

We get food poisoning from here EVERYTIME, will never be going here again, last time I ordered a lamb bhuna and the lamb was still raw! Disgusting! Should be shut

Absolutely disgusted. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. Rang up was told wouldn't be long. After ringing 3 times. Finally arrived. All food was tastless plus 1 full meal missing. Couldn't get through again so paid for a meal which we didn't get. Sent a message. Totally ignored. Have used here for years but will never go or order from here again food and service gone way down hill wouldn't recommend ever

Can't believe how quiet this restaurant is we have been 5 times now have set meal every time the food is spot on ,hot, and served by lovely people. Will be back again soon.

Ordered takeaway to pick up, said it would be 40 mins. Went to pick it up, sat waiting for half hour. The quality of the food was poor. Onion bhajis we're very small, burnt and like cardboard. The salad looked like it was last week's. Mushroom rice was bland and so was the chicken tikka balti karai. We have had takeaways from here before and always been ok. But sorry Alachi won't be ordering again.

I ordered a meal from here when I was staying in Hull at a hotel for a course, I had no other food at hand.It took just over an hour for the original order to arrive. It was missing my naan- which being Asian is vital part of eating your curry. We don't eat them separately.I immediately rang the driver within 1 minute.of him leaving, he did not pick up, I tried again a few times he didn't pick up- why? Did he know he had left half an order?I rang the restaurant who said they are sending him back. 30 minutes later I ring again, again told he's OK his way, futher 20 mins still no naan.Finally arrived over 2 hours from the initially order, at 8.45pmDisgusting they couldn't apologise, didn't show any regard for the situation.I would advice no one to order from here.

Starters was ok..mains took an age to arrive. Average food. Bill though they got wrong added extras! Not impressed overall. Shan't be going back. Need to sort out the service.

Food is lovely, however the service has gone right down hill, did a big order for delivery came in expected time, however a curry was missing, when I called I was told he had put all the curry’s in, when I read him the order back he hadn’t seen we had ordered 2 of the same curry, they sent it and the final curry arrived 30 minutes later, hot curry with cold chips and rice!

Waited an hour in total for a small collection, got home chips were stone cold, curry lukewarm at best, onion bajis were micro, I never complain about stuff like this I just don’t go back, but I was very disappointed, rang up to tell them, played the old ‘the lines bad trick’ then argued toss with me, won’t b going back shocking service don’t know how it’s surviving with food like that

Rang up 40 minutes before collection lastnight to arrive and have to wait another 20 minutes in the shop to get the food home and it be all cold, when I called the place and told them it was cold..I was basically called a lier he said it was hot when he took them off the plate?? Probably was just sat in the kitchen for the whole 20 minutes we was waiting in the shop.
