The staff members are all very professional and very friendly people. The service members are extremely helpful and friendly. However, clearly the number of staff members at any one time is very low. The staff are run off their feet and lots of them have left the company for better working conditions elsewhere which I do not blame them. The whole brand is run by greedy owners and managers. This is not the way to conduct business in my opinion. Turnover is vanity and Profit is sanity. However please treat the workers with dignity and respect. Without the workers then the company will lose their reputation and people will shop elsewhere. Please show respect and courtesy to your employees and customers.

Absolutely shocking service!I have used this store numerous times now for click and collect and service has been inconsistent, to say the least. One time I had checked-in on your app, only to arrive at the store and have to wait for 15 minutes. However, when someone (conveniently wearing an Asda uniform) rocked up after me, they got their order right away. I did put this down to a bad day so at the time I did not say anything.However, once again on my last click and collect order I checked in using the app and then made my way to the store. I was waiting for a whole 20 minutes before a member of staff finally came out with every order barring mine! By this point I had challenged this section leader and told them I had been waiting for 20 minutes, only to be given the most awful attitude possible! I was given zero apology for my wait, and even told that "all of these other customers had called the store, but I didn't" (I had attempted to call the store and I have the call logs to prove it) - pitching me against other customers - and told that "the app doesn't work in the rain, so I have to call the store", which is absolute nonsense. Why give me the option to check in if the app doesn't work?I was told by this section leader that "the app isn't their problem" and that I had to call the store. Nowhere on the app or at the click and collect point does it say the app does not work and to call the store!Had this member of staff apologised for my wait and not attempted to "pitch" other customers against me, greeting me with a foul attitude and accusing me of lying, the situation would have de-escalated right away!I am now taking my custom to another store. Sort it out Asda, this level of customer "service" by someone who is meant to represent you is absolutely disgusting.

One of the worst supermarkets I have been to. First (and last) visit was after dark. Access from the main road by car is awful, badly lit, and poor road markings in the car park. Many items were missing from the shelves and poorly faced up. I'll take my custom elsewhere in the future, so don't apologise as it will fall on deaf ears. I'd rather you take action to improve the store, inside and out.

Another disastrous visit to this store. 10.00 o'clock Tuesday morning visit to opticians, printer not working so will have to return to get prescription. Grandchildren picked some sweets off the website, hardly any of which they had on stock. Needed puff pastry but there was none, in fact he hardly any pastry at all. Went to pay, ques half way down the aisles again so went on self checkout, machine wasn't scanning so called for assistance, took nearly 10 minutes for assistance. Believe me there is nothing super about this superstore.

The chemist part was a nightmare only two staff on. Had a appointment for flu jab and had to wait over 45 mins to get seen .why give appointment if they can't stick to it.

I have found Asda Bilton Hull an absolute disgrace, my wife as just been in to collect a prescription of mine which I was told when I rang the pharmacy on Wednesday that the prescription was ready and another I was waiting for would be ready to collect today, the one that was ready was given to her and other wasn't ready, she opened the one they gave her and found out my strong painkillers weren't there when she enquired about them she was they had given her them, I can assure you there was no oxycodone in the items I am going to be very ill without this medication and it leaves me no choice to report this to the store manager and the police cause this item is a controlled drug, I am trying to ring the stores pharmacist and the stores main number and no one is answering on either number

Garbage asda. Half the stuff not stocked, offers not shown, only 2 tills open.6 deep of trollies queuing Self checkout rammed. Just left my full trolley near the tills. I'm not waiting for that long to hand over my money

Large store with everything we needed and plenty of parking. Just a shame they don't have any electric vehicle charging points in the car park or at their petrol station like other supermarkets even though there's plenty of space otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Saturday morning, 8 30am, full trolley, 1 cashier on the till. Took 25 min to get through. Poor lady on the till, she whas brilliant but got a lot of irritatited people. A lot of people cant use the selfscans! More people on the tills are required!!
