Absolute worse Asda store getting expensive now aswell as scruffy empty shelves understaffed and alot of the staff have very bad attitudes especially on the self-service tills all I ever hear in store is staff moaning about other staff from opening in a morning through the day also the fruit your guarantee to get a mouldy piece in any packs given very poor quality so now will use independent stores from now on sort it out Asda your a disgrace of a so called shop

Sales of women's clothing are terrible, look worse then a jumble sale, notice they are probably brought in especially, never bought any, was tack.

Just had a really unpleasant visit today that put me and my friend in a massive mood, we used the scan and go and scanned everything as normal, get to the till to find out that apparently the universal remote was not scanned even though it was the first thing we scanned, we saw it tally up so we deffo did, the lady scans everything for us and when I pay i find out that I have been charged twice for the same product, what annoyed us the most though was the member off security approaching us at the exit telling us to be careful when we scan, it made us feel very uncomfortable, no need, after my refund i noticed I still payed the exact amount the scanner said so im really not happy about being accused of scanning incorrectly

Shouldn't even give you one!Today as we waited at self check out we put a bottle of JD through the till first (thinking be quicker as we can carry on with shopping) well we had to wait and two members of staff walk by us.....then go to the other end one disappears (fair enough) the other one has given me eye contact and thought she was coming towards us a few times, then she has time to stop for a drink goes to someone else all while we still waiting to be seen, ANYWAYS my partner thought sod it I'll take the tag off at the hub right next to us bare in mind, he brings it back to the till as we are still waiting and then member of staff said what we moaning about the tags off (yeah because we did it, we shouldn't of as but was right next to us and i needed to be somewhere) we can't scan rest of the shopping while waiting for staff members, then she got on a high horse and treated us like we was about to walk off with it ? 1st I wouldn't wait in a damn que and scan the damn bottle if I wanted to walk off with it 2nd we had other shopping to scan and cant pay till the members of staff come see to us. She said you could of walked off without paying I had other shopping and I again wouldn't be waiting in a que. Security is lame and said we're banned after following us out the shop like we robbed the place...but yet if you say anything to him he runs off, ok so if he was doing his job properly he would of seen what my partner did and maybe gave a warning ANYTHING other then be treated like a shop lifter ???Not everyone has time to wait around while staff members chat n natter, I had be be somewhere else and was late. It's silly really but annoying.

This Asda Store is big inside and does offer plenty of items, quite easy to find nearly all items that you looking for whilst you are in on your Shopping visit, very tidy Store

They've scrimped so much on so many products now, they're simply becoming a rip off.

Today, I visited your store and unfortunately experienced an incident involving one of your customer assistants. Upon reviewing the security camera footage, your security personnel labeled it as "accidental" without offering an apology, which left me feeling quite disheartened. It's almost as if the attitude conveyed was, "What are you going to do about it?".Replaying this distressing scene in my mind, my heart aches, especially since my two-year-old son witnessed the entire episode. Shockingly, this marks the second occasion on which this specific staff member has treated me in such a manner. It escalated into a heated argument, and it's important to emphasize that no one should ever resort to physical contact. We should all strive to treat one another with kindness, irrespective of our backgrounds or appearances.

Normally Asda checkout staff are great but tonight different story. A couple who's 1st language wasn't English trying to pay for items over £100. Cashier gesticulated to put their card in the machine they didn't understand so she raised her voice and tapped the machine. A colleague came to remove security tag as she had no idea how to do it.. nor could she remove a tag from baby milk.he was then asked my another colleague to take tag off baby milk. The couple to their credit were very polite despite her rudeness. I reported the cashier to customer services who tried defending her colleague "well they were shoplifting anyway" they certainly weren't they just wanted to pay. Very disappointed in Asda's staff.

Received fine from parking eye I went in and left an urgent prescription which I was told would be half an hour. I had to take my son to the garage to pick up his van so took him and returned for prescription. I was parked 31mins then 24 min on return as prescription still not ready. Paid but think its terrible. Regular shopper but maybe not now.

Fuming!! ? Won't be using Asda Mount pleasant anymore! Got a £70 parking ticket because I returned again within the hour as I forgot something! How ridiculous is that! It's a sure way to lose your customers and I certainly won't be back!I appreciate you have nothing directly to do with the parking fine system but as a large company you and the other retail units on the site need to address this unfair system and protect your customers.

Asda check out staff demanding my well over 25 year old parter for ID and then sending them away for not having it to get some beers along with the rest of the shopping meaning I personally have to drive all the way to Asda myself wasting my time and money. Is this for some sort of power trip? Accusing them of been a mistery, shopper It’s quite easy to tell the difference between 18 and somebody 10+ years over it and if they can’t then they shouldn’t be doing the job

When in Hull, we always visit this branch of Asda. Plenty of parking space, well situated to other Holderness road shops, and a good choice of items. Asda prices always tend to be reasonable. The cafe unfortunately raised its prices a lot, which doesn't match the quality of the food, which is a shame, otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.

I spoke to a colleague regarding an item costing £249. He was checking then put the phone down. Great customer service, so off to tesco I go.
