We held a 50th anniversary lunch for 18 people at Hull ASK for my parents-in-law. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. From calling to book to ordering food in advance to the food and service on the day. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious and reasonable. Lots of space around the table and a lovely setting for a special meal.

8 of us went, new girl serving us only been there 3 weeks. She gave us excellent service but 1 meal arrived which was wrong. One of us had to wait 15 or so minutes for correct meal to arrive, not brilliant as you expect to eat together but the price of the meal was deducted from bill around £16, not a deal of atmosphere for Xmas time but food was OK nothing special

Even though it's a large chain this branch gave us the feeling of an independent restaurant that cares about the customer. From entry to exit our experience couldn't have been better. Great service, the food was excellent & the staff were friendly, helpful & polite. It was a pretty busy Saturday evening but we didn't have to wait long after ordering for the food to arrive. The food was cooked to perfection & was delicious. Our only downside was trying to use the App to order, an absolute waste of time, difficult to navigate & use, we gave up.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for a wheelchair user & staff are helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Ask Italian! We went twice in one week because of the excellent service and food. What I loved the most was the extensive gluten free menu! I highly recommend the gluten free pizza and pasta!! Will definitely be visiting again!Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free options!

Not great. Service was a bit haphazard at best. One of our pizzas was barely lukewarm in the centre. We told our waitress, who apologised and returned it to the kitchen to be sorted. My wife and our guest reported that both the ladies toilets had problems. One was blocked with paper, and the other had a broken seat and a faulty door lock. It is obvious that neither had recently been checked, which reflects badly on what else may or may not have been checked that day. None of us will be returning to this restaurant in the future. Very disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free options

I recently went to this restraunt and as soon as I walked in I really liked the low mood light though in some corners of the restraunt it was really dark someone actually had to use their phone torch to read the menu. The atmosphere was really chilled and laid back, when we got to our table a waiter gave my family a few tasters of raspberry lemonade, it tasted like proper lemonade not light the fizzy stuff nowadays. We then ordered our food and drink and the wait wasn't too long but the food was quite greasy and sweet which is the exact opposite of what it said on the menu. The toilets were okay but they need a bit more TLC and maybe more regular cleaning. I don't think I'd go again but if you're really hungry like I was then it is an ok place to go.

A great place to go for a great night out. The butterfly prawns starter is a must. I didn't get any pictures but the food speaks for it self. The service was excellent. The food was great. My boss paid so all in all a great night. ?

Disappointed with the limited Gluten free choices. Most Italian restaurants offer gluten-free pasta, but at this restaurant basically I could have fish or risotto. The risotto is nice. There is parking near, it's just inconvenient to get
