Been to so many chains and love all of them as we always do tend to dine out when staying at the hotel. What can I say, the service well there was none! Waited 15 minutes before we had to find someone to be seated this was with a lot of the team walking past us and saying nothing and we were evidently waiting. The food for the price was kid portions and just not hot. Atmosphere was awful also. We just wanted to get out so finished our meal and left usually we would dine for a three course. I will say one waitress and I did not get her name saved the experience a lot by being so friendly and good with my 2 year old boy. I really hope it was just a bad night for them and not always like that.

Forced to choose from a 2 or 3 course meal, no other option. Chose the 2 course - carvery and sundae, which doesn't normally cost as much separately as the 2 course option. Peas hard, gravy watery and beef fatty. Had to chase a staff member for the desserts and they were wrong!

Food upset my stomach, fatty beef, warm gravy, bullet peas .gluey mash..Dietary restrictions: Not really mentioned at carvery..

Came here for Mother's Day and was a nice experience with the family, staff where lovely and friendly and it was rather busy as well for the occasion. Shame about the weather but we can't change that can we.Parking: Parking is good disabled bays near the entrance about 5 I think there was from what I could see. Can be tight in places when it's full or near though. You have to enter your number plate in the system upon entry and it validated your parking for 3hrs. But today was only 2hrs because of the special day and they were very busy being it mother's dayWheelchair accessibility: Doesn't have the best accessable doors for wheelchair users but you can't get through with one just need help to hold them open.

Pleasantly surprised how good the breakfast was. Mind you, it was 07:30 am.Stacks of options and reasonable quality. For a tenner, all you can eat everything included. You can't go

I ordered BBQ rack of ribs and removed the chicken- and a bottomless refillable drink, and a garlic bread starter. went To fill my drink up and the machine doesn’t work , then i was mid way through eating my starter and they took my plate so i had to eat my food whilst just holding it in my hand, then my main turned up and it was completely wrong it was a half rack with chicken , sent it back and it came a full rack but with no BBQ ??? so i asked for BBQ sauce and they told me they don’t have any which defeats the whole point, how can you sell bbq ribs with no bbq ??? the waitress’ kept just shouting us things we asked about to tell us info from across the restaurant instead of coming over. A table behind mine had food ordered to the wrong table and the waitress was trying to bring there mains whilst they were still eating there starters. Overall awful place obviously run with a rubbish manager and doesn’t train staff properly.

This is one of the best value places to take the children to eat as the all you can eat breakfast is plentiful, fresh, encourages their independence to go up and help themselves and the park is a great size
