Food is exactly what you want from Burger King. Staff are incredibly slow and it always takes a loooong time to get food.

Ordered online took 1 and half hours to arrive and when arrive more then half my order was missing and food was cold when I tryed ringing them up to ask what’s going on no answer on the contact number on the website absolute set of idiots who serves cold food and only gives u about 1 3rd of your

Not happy all the deals that they was advertising on the windows and around the building. They didn't have and what I ordered on the touchscreen thing and when I went to collect she said sorry we don't have it in .I will not be going

We always order off the Burger King app and there’s some great deals on there compared with paying in store. It’s slow service compared with other fast food places however the food is always fresh and tasty.Top tip - use the app for offers and points, it’s much cheaper.

Two chicken royale sandwiches, on their own (not a meal deal) and two coffees, £17.00! Again, £17.00!!! how any family can afford to take their kids here amazes me! Place deserted, couldn’t converse properly with all the cleaning and chair scraping, what a miserable place

Usually take my granddaughter to Mc Donald’s but had a change. Two whoppers and a kids chicken nugget meal. Luke warm at best Granddaughter left her nuggets and her cold chips said she liked McDonald’s best. We agree ?
Only 2 customers were in, including me. They obviously had delivery which they were working on, but still service could have been better with less crowd in there. I ordered Mayo, and they gave sweet chilli. I ordered 2 fries, and they gave me 1 fries. No ketchup given. Had to go rectify all of this, I started my meal.

Worst experience at a BK I've ever had, walked in to find a disgruntled customer demanding a refund, OK, modern "Karen" era standing, could be whining over nothing ?1st) drive thru not working.Then instore the kiosk was down (all 6 of them ?)Order taken, then other waiting customers came to demand refunding after ordering at the now closed, drive thru, 45 minutes waiting in a hot car bless them!50 minutes I waited (luckily I had time to kill and email to answer) food was OK, nothing special and nothing compped to make up for delays.Won't be going back to risk someone actually knowing how to run a fast food joint!

Food is spot on and always nice the staff are friendly but could interact slightly more with customers rather than delivery drivers the only down fall of this place seems to be hygiene person on front counter was constantly useing his arm and hand to wipe his nose and and was washing them before touching machines or the till the restaurant is fairly satisfactory except the floor looks like its seen better days and too many delivery drivers from uber and just eat just blocking access it and out or near counter

took over an hour in total to get my food on the drive thru, 15 minutes of that i was sat waiting to be served. the customer service was awful, non existent. by the time i actually got my food it was cold so personally wouldn’t

The burger was great, but the bag of chips only seemed half full. On one of the orders so we had to share what little there was. So alittle disappointed.
