Lady behind the desk was incredibly rude! They put spicy paprika on without saying anything, and when we said about having them without they said we should have said something before, even though it’s not stated to have it on there. Very rude and disrespectful, obviously no customer service skills. Do not recommend!

Take away meal of Chicken fillet & Fries, I think probably the best in Hull but thats my verdict, try it & see, am I right?Parking: Don't park on the adjacent Taxi Rank, you "WILL" get a £60 parking fine.
Just rang and asked for a halfpound cheeseburger and chips for collection charged £8.20 (I collected from the shop) chips had been refried too ffs, if I didn't ring and order for collection would of been £6.80 where is the logic absolute *******
