I used to be a regular customer for the cooplands, but now I have moved away from hull, I only visit every now and again, (at least one Sunday in one month) let me say how terrible the Bilton grange staff are, they’re never open on the times that are advertised, the staff are very rude when you question the opening times, and the staff attitude to working there is awful, no one looks happy or says good morning, I really think a new fresh team will make the stores popularity will shoot up again and more customers will shop and buy more products… the current staff need serious help or they need to go asap…. out with the miserable old and in with the happy new! Something needs to be done, I bet loads of customers don’t shop at the Bilton grange shop anymore, just because of the horrid staff!!!

It's alright but the staff seem to take forever loading up certain orders, specifically sandwiches which if you're in a rush like me and there's 3 people in front of you, you'd expect a little bit faster service.Great place though, used to go here back in secondary every lunchtime. Rewards scheme is good too.

Sitting on the fence a little ....visitor to the area. Own a business myself, didn't feel the customer service was something to be ecstatic about! Maybe good for locals, however if you're visiting the area and want a friendly smile and service, you may be having high expectations. ?

Loyalty card went to claim my free sandwich but they said that you have to buy something first well it doesn't say that on the terms and conditions on the card to so lost my custom just the worst.

Just been for a couple of tuna, mayo, sweetcorn with salad sandwiches.. 1st she pulled out plain tuna!!. Said I wanted tuna mayo and sweetcorn. Her reply was I'm going to mix it up for you luv..Got to work to what can only be described as a pathetic sandwich of plain tuna a dollop of mayo with sweetcorn on top and no salad on both sandwiches!!?? Abserlout joke straight in the bin!!.. To busy chatting and not enough listening always the same on Greenwich

Just been in Greenwich ave, I know we are all social distancing, however only 1 member of staff willing to serve, and she was making lots of sandwiches for work guy, I wanted breadcakes, and some pastry, however Clair was busy in the back shouting out to the customer being served, Paula doing bake off, I was totally ignored, even though 3 allowed in the shop, I was told by Paula, only one person is allowed to serve, because of distancing. How ridiculous is this. They have 2 tills working, so they could have served me safely.

Swapped over in the middle of my order and forgot to put things in my bag. Paid for it all but they left out bits. Too late by time we noticed was already home in preston.
