Our first visit to Del Gelato this afternoon.Not exactly ice cream weather but it's definitely worth a visit for the lovely coffee and other desserts available.Great customer service from the young woman serving today.Very clean place. And big!Plenty of seating (bench style built-in and chairs) and a lovely corner, which would be a great place for meeting up with a party of friends.Not busy this afternoon but I'm told it's a busy spot in the summer months.The variety of ice cream available is huge. Served in a cone or a dish. Cheesecakes and other desserts available. Prices are good.All in all a very nice place to visit. Oh, and plenty of free parking.I gave a 3* review for the atmosphere as there's no music and not being busy it lacked a little something.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors for easy access.

I popped in here for a nosey at the menu: there’s a decent choice of desserts, but I just went for a scoop of ice cream. Victoria Sponge, I think the flavour was. Nice!

As always this is place to go for Ice cream;) unless you are happened to be in Ripon near Knaresborough that also great ? ice cream place ;) Del gelato have great variation of tasty ? ice cream ? which you will devour with joy ?

Popped in on the off-chance for an ice cream. I had a knicker bocker glory which was absolutely delicious. The owner changed one ice cream at my request for a brandy snap ice cream. It was gorgeous. I will return in a heartbeat. I gave the atmosphere only 3 stars . NOT THE OWNERS FAULT. Some very noisy and unruly little children came in screaming and shouting. As I said I would return in a heartbeat.

Far too slow - ordered two ice cream sundaes and waited nearly half an hour. Wasn’t even busy. Shame because ice cream was great and the selection to choose from was amazing. Be prepared to have your patience tested

I like the people who works at Del Gelato and they are the nicest people that I met already and the best place to have a proper ice cream and ice cream sundaes and Milkshakes and Waffles and Cookie Doughs and Del Gelato is the best place ever and to say thank you for everything but it doesn't have to be a reason because you guys are just like the best staff ever and that's just said enough.

I popped in for an ice cream at del gelatos. On entering I was met by a massive fridge with a wonderful assortment of ice cream. I quickly ordered a knicker bocker glory. I asked for brandy snap, strawberry, and vanilla. It also came with soft fruits fresh cream and 2 biscuits. The staff were lovely with very quick service. I will hopefully return to sample some more yummy delights.
Wonderful gelato, lots of choice and lovely staff!We came here as were really looking forward to a dessert but had to walk out of another dessert place on Paragon Street in Hull City Centre as service was so slow and a member of staff was surprisingly incredibly rude!They did us a favour as we enjoyed everything we ordered here and will definitely return.

Went here on my way back from treating my wife out for her birthday as she fancied a waffle and most the coastal places where shut when we got there. This place blew us away, the girls serving us was amazing, even though it was close to closing it had a happy cheerful atmosphere and couldn't do enough for us. 100% a credit to this company and they deserve to be recognised for their work. I would recommend this place without hesitation and I'll definately be back again and again. Thanks for the great service and amazing food.
