The thing I love about this place is the outstanding service and our visit on Thursday evening was no exception. Our server was an absolute delight. He engaged with the kids in such a thoughtful and considerate way. Just wish I'd caught his name so that I could give him a mention on here. It goes without saying the sundaes were scrumptious too.

Ordered on Uber food was prepared a hour before been collected cookie dough came freezing hardly no ice cream it was all melted in the bottom of the tub it was like water and the milkshakes tasted like off milk ? won’t be ordering again couldn’t even get my money back from Uber either …. Check your milk before you send out drinks wasn’t expecting to have bellyache tonight ?

Rude staff! Give Kaspas a miss and try Heavenly Desserts down the street.It was my child’s birthday and he asked to go to Kaspas for his birthday treat. We arrived at Kaspas at 8:10pm after checking the opening times online and see that they were open until 9pm. It was hisThere were customers sat at booths. However, the very rude male server, handed us a menu and barked “takeaway only cos we close soon”. I replied that their opening hours state that they don’t close until 9pm. He said “yeh but we stop serving inside at 8:30pm. I pointed out that it was only 8:10pm but he very rudely shouted that it was takeaway only.I put down the menu and walked out. On our way back to the car, we spotted Heavenly Desserts. OMG that place is incredible!!! The restaurant is huge and absolutely beautiful. It has a massive menu and the prices are very reasonable. The welcomes us in and said that they don’t close until 10pm. We ordered 4 desserts and 2 drinks. Everything was perfect and the staff were amazing!Thanks to the rude staff at Kaspas for allowing us the chance to find Heavenly Desserts. We won’t be coming to Kaspas again!

Ordered 2 sundaes, over priced for what it was. They were nice though. Ordered a slush bubble tea, I sent it back and asked for a refund. It was meant to be bubblegum with blueberry boba balls. It tasted like ice mainly with a hint of some weird taste. Wasn’t nice at all. Staff were nice and offered a different one, I declined and they gave me a refund.

The food here is always top notch and I love the selection of gelato and cakes.The music can be a touch too loud sometimes but apart from that it's a great place.The new Manager is best.

Avoid. Mega tight, ordered bueno waffles x2 hot chocolate. £27 order, literally came with half a scoop of ice cream, asked the manager to put another scoop on, sir it already comes with a free scoop! No bollock breath I've paid for it, he reluctantly put one on but not worth it. I'd recommend del geletos holderness Road

What a waste of money this was orderd waffle and ice-cream as you can see I didn't receive much ice cream and my drink came half missing like someone has drunk it, I then rang up the store and the useless operator on the other end didn't seem one bit interested in sorting out the problem. I certainly won't be going here again and I hope they take this on board.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Ordered the most favourite bundle on uber eats, with a daim milkshake and a chocolate frappe, the daim milkshake was missing and the ice cream had pretty much gone by the time it arrived. Called the shop about the missing item, the employee on the phone was incredibly rude, did not seem bothered. Told us they had no milkshake left. If this was the case then they should have phoned to ask if we wanted a replacement drink instead, instead of sending the order with a missing item. The waffles were stone cold too. If something in the shop is unavailable then this should be noted so it doesn't come up on the uber eats menu. Certainly will not be ordering again.

Everything tasted nice. And was well presented. However, waffles description on line said grated white chocolate shavings. But it came with white chocolate sauce instead. When I called I was told it didn't come with white chocolate shavings. Tasted nice however the perosn I ordered it for didn't want white chocolate sauce and wouldn't have ordered it if the description had been up to date.Also the waffle arrived cold and gelato was melted. This was in January so wasn't warm outside. Tried re heating waffle however it went all chewy. As I say the flavours were nice. Not something I'd order for delivery again though.

arrived with guidance. my autistic daughter decided too order for us as part of her therapy.she asked for nuttella ice cream. it was a different price too on the menu but we thought otherwise….well i never. a man comes up my daughter with a milkshake and tried GASLIGHTING my autistic daughter. absolutely hated it

Ordered June 2. Milkshakes were so runny they were just flavoured milk, choco nut waffle had maybe a teaspoon of Nutella on it, was meant to have caramel syrup and whipped cream and came with gelato instead, the cookie dough was also meant to come with cream and came with gelato. I ordered a specific sundae because I have a gluten allergy and they sent 2 of the sundaes my son ordered instead which was brownie cookie dough. Disappointed at a £60 order that wasn't worth it. I called and complained, he asked me to come pick up another order, told him I couldn't because I have a broken ankle. He said to call back the next day as they would have drivers then. Called back the next day and was the same story, tried again the next day and they had no idea what I was talking about.Really disappointed as we've usually never had a problem with kaspas but it's really gone down hill, lots of the cakes aren't available. With the new dessert place in town that also has GF options I doubt we will be bothering with Kaspas anymore, that way I won't be losing £60 for nothing.
