My bag full of valuables was missing inside KFC Beverley Road and they told us to go and come back after 2 days to meet the manager that will reveal the cctv footage. What a poor service

Quite the experience. Not a fan of KFC at the best of times, but this restaurant was bizarre! The chips were really salty, the hot wings were small and not very hot, the burger looked nothing like the image and the contents slipped out when bit into, and the gravy was runny and flavourless. The drink was OK though!

I went to the drive thru…. Waited around 10 minutes… chicken tastes like the oil it was cooked in hasn’t been changed for weeks… I asked for 3 chicken legs I got zero.

Broken toilet. Dirty smelly no staff interested. To say it's just been renovated it's dirty. Tables dirty none wiped even though it's 3pm with no one in. Not one person. No milkshakes. Had to ask someone to clean tables.

Lad behind the counter was incredibly friendly and the food was so hot and fresh! My Dad and I said it was the best KFC we've had in years.
dirty pigeons every where on the ground bird muck and was not clean is flying around and about all over food bird muck on chairs seats tables really not clean food ok staff ok but seemed really understaffed we ate food and drank tea coffee as fast as we could and got out of there it seemed really unhygienic and dirty not pleasent good selection of food but something needs to be done we not gone back since and will not go back to that kfc restaurant

The refurbishment was top-notch. Lovely menus and variety of foods to choose from. Easily accessible and very close to Asda Supermarket, Beverley Road. Nice and friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere above all.

Absolutely vile food , I have given this place a couple of visits in hope the first time was just a blip but nah the chicken is absolutely vile couldn't eat it and felt like it had been stood for hours and burnt at that just like the first time , staff are ignorant hygiene looks poor, coffee cup was half full and Luke warm save your money and go somewhere else is all i can advise and also they don't give change apparently because they said they don't have any most of the time this is probably because of the low custom they get and no one spending anything in the place
