Absolutely piss poor. Ran out of sides (corn on cob, beans & gravy). Bins overflowing, rubbish and leftovers on tables, service was terrible. Toilets were flooded with urine, and the smell was quite overpowering. Not 1 person to clean the rubbish and dropped food off the floor!!! Never again.

Wheelchair accessible,Only reason that I gave 3 stars for service was because I walked to the counter There were 3 staff members talking and they all looked at me, none of the staff served me and then a collection order came in from a delivery company they served him and the shouted for someone at the back to come and serve me ?, simple thing to say to me was "we will be right with you" rather than me just standing waiting, thinking they where taking the biscuit

Hmmmm..... a real mixed bag. Very variable service levels and hit and miss opening times which is a serious pain in the rear when you're sat at the drive through Sat opening time talking to a microphone and no ones listening. Wouldn't really recommend......

Zero stars. Absolutely terrible service. Not their problem once it leaves the store via just eat apparently.Driver robbed nearly £50 worth of food and I have hungry children.Went to the store and the big fat ugly tattooed manger refused to sort anything.

Terrible customer service, the owner needs to sack most of it’s manager and staff, exceptionally rude to customer and delivery drivers, they simply don’t care at all, no wonder why people come here happy and left very angry, if shocking service has a face, visit this bloody KFC.

Staff were more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. I had to stand and wait for them to finish their conversion before being served, and wen it came my food was luke warm. Absolutely rubbish, i wont be going again.

Don’t waste your time here, I Cant comment on the food as I walked out of the restaurant after standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes whilst staff gormlessly wandered about the place clearly ignoring me.

Just paid a visit to KFC Mount Pleasant Hull and was greeted by the most jollest person I have ever come across. Tina made my day, she was so happy in her work and is a credit to her team. I will visit again the next time I feel like I need cheering up. Keep up the good work Tina we all need a Tina in our lives ?

Not been here for a while as the service and food was terrible before , I had a 30 min dinner break so went drive thru , I was asked what I wanted after getting called honey sweety little darling honey boo boo little OTT after the 3rd time got a wrap of the day and gravy, gravy had been watered down looked more like a strong tea , received order after been called honey boo darling lovely sweety dumpling beautiful honey bee nice lady again just a bit OTT
