Visited with my son. It’s our thing going to Krispy Kreme. Staff were polite and friendly who I believe were called Finn and Andy… I spilled my coffee on the table and one of them came and cleaned it really quickly and replaced my coffee for free. Thank you again. Really appreciate it

Can't share photo because it's Gone (into my belly ?) but I got one a slice of pie. Too big to finish on the train home (but heck I tried) but the very friendly assistant had advised me to warm it up in the microwave for best results. I just had the remaining half and I'd like to that that lady for a delicious cake eating experience!

Centre of St Stephens Mall. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Loads of seating and space. Great tasting coffee and a brilliant selection of doughnuts which I sadly could not partake as I am trying extremely hard to be a good borderline diabetic which in places like here is very difficult.

Student discounts available!Great donuts but make sure you arrive early otherwise most of the nice ones are gone by late afternoon.

Used to enjoy buying a pack of 3 as a special treat. Now told 3 are full price and you have to buy 4 for a very slightly reduced price. You've just priced yourselves out of my budget. Plenty of other cakes out there costing far less in these difficult times!

No complaints about the donuts but the staff need to understand their responsibility regarding lost property. We accidentally left a small item on their counter and 30 hours later when we returned a senior person said that it had been seen and it had presumably been thrown away but didn't know who did this. The item was tracked to a bulk trash container with no safe access therefore it is incumbent on the company to replace it rather than ignoring emails with the assumption that this issue will go away. What should I do with lost property found on my premises?Official advice for businesses remains the same. Universities, shopping centres or any other venue where items are regularly lost, should hold on to the property themselves. If somebody has lost something at a shopping centre for example, they are more likely to enquire directly at the shopping centre than approach a local police station. The law states that you must take a series of ‘reasonable’ steps to register, secure, and respond to enquiries related to that item. This could involve using a digital lost property system to capture important details. Furthermore, an online form for people to fill out and report an item as lost would be beneficial. How long do I legally have to hold someone’s property?Unsurprisingly, the law states to be ‘reasonable’. One month is commonplace. However, many businesses with huge volumes will only keep items for 14 or 7 days. Providing they can prove that they have taken the aforementioned reasonable steps, then this is deemed acceptable.

Whilst on the premises of the building I tripped over and dropped the box of donuts. Only one fell out. We politely asked the member of staff - Julie, I think her name was - if we could get a replacement. Even if the policy was that customers are not allowed to ask for another donut, she could have said that to us, but instead she rudely and sarcastically remarked: "It wasn't me that dropped the donut darling." Unprofessional, impolite and disrespectful. Otherwise the place is OK, donuts were a bit of a mess but tasted good. If you go and you see Julie (if that's her name) be careful LOL

When my wife went to pay, their payment system crashed and we were unable to pay. We waited 5 minutes but there was a delay rebooting their system, so we had to leave without our donuts. Very disappointing. We tried 3 different cards but their system had crashed.

I have recently been to this shopping complex due to a meeting I had in Gravity Trampoline Park. I needed somewhere to sit and prepare for my meeting but didnt fancy a coffee. I felt cheeky using their table to work, but the lady noticed I was sat without food/drink and came over to ask if I was okay. She asked if I wanted to use the plug sockets to work and didnt pressure me to buy anything from the counter. I felt at ease and was appreciative of the quiet area to focus on work before my meeting. The lady was welcoming, polite, and engaged in friendly conversation whilst cleaning tables. Not a lot of companies would be happy about my situation and only let me stay if I bought a coffee or a donut. I was thankful for the thinking space and will be going back when I do fancy a coffee.

Well done great fresh product and friendly cheerful member of staff plus exceptionally clean and comfortable seating area. Yummy yummy .Yes I enjoyed my treat but it's a shame these donuts have limited geographic availability, making them an infrequent treat rather than a regular event.
