Failed to live up to the standards you'd come to expect of Macdonald's. Not massively hot, the fries were just about cooked. The place was absolutely rammed, couldn't even get into the drive thru. I'm willing to try again, but not at busy times.

The amount of times I have been through the drive through the chips are freezing as they obviously have them on the hot plate which clearly doesn't do any good. Also it is the slowest at getting served so I avoid if I can. All the others are far better.

I have never met such rude staff in my life, especially the older woman with the walking stick,she talks to customers \\u0026 delivery drivers like there something on the bottom of her shoe ,I have been in there today while waiting for my order I over heard her talking down to these delivery drivers like there are scum ( not for getting these don't work for McDonald's there are self employed)she wasn't very professional at all with her foul language then to shout at children to stay in there \\\"safe zone\\\"like children understand this,I work in a shop myself and would never treat a customer the way she did,it's not the first time I've been in and staff have been very rude to myself or another customer,I think il avoid this branch in future

Second I entered the restaurant, the staff noticed I was in my wheelchair. They asked if we were dining inside replied with a yes! THEY got me the closest table showed me on how to choose menu. The milkshakes were unavailable same with raspberry latte. So had a million latte middle son had a caramel latte, and my youngest son he enjoyed a sprite zero!!

Only ordered 2x big mac meals in drive through. Had to pull into bay and wait. Over 20 minutes!!! Never again, wasn't even peak time!
Drive through is so slow, waited 25 mins for 2 big mac meals , it's like that every time at this restaurant, think I'll drive to st Andrews quay next time it will be quicker .

Waited over 10 mins at drive in after paying. Nice staff member came out and said they had forgotten to put my fillet o fish in to cook. Offered me a free donut. She was nice but still..poor service from a MDs..took another 10 mins to come...

It was as plastic as ever. It may be relatively cheap and quick but the burger was flavour less and the fries soggy. It's my last choice for food but the grandkids seem to enjoy it. In my opinion they serve fuel not food.

Place is absolutely disgusting. Staff walk around blind not seeing the dirty tables. A male worker 'wiped' the table with no spray and pushed the food and rubbish onto the floor. Lots of food and rubbish on the floor. Never seen the place look so dirty. If I could upload pictures I would
