It is what it is .never had a hot burger only ever luke warm or cold. I don't know why I have them guess it's just a convenient bit to eat , don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

food packed as if someone was already looking for what was in the bags. Cold, the box with wraps was open, everything spilled out, the wrap was wrapped as if someone was just learning how to do it. Hamburgers not wrapped in paper. . This is not the first time an order has not been completed. Disorder.

My partner just visited with his friend through the drive through tonight and experienced a weird AF service at the drive up speaker. Someone putting on a accent saying welcome to Wendy's can I take your order tapping and banging loudly and then saying really odd things like their manager is beating them saying they promise they don't have cheesy balls etc etc when asked if they can order the cheese bites asked to drive to the first window staff seem to be unprofessional messing and play fighting giggling between them spoke to manager at second window (was concerned with the beating part ) who apologised and asked if wanted anything for free said no I just personally think that's odd and rude just had to get that off my chest and share cos if it was me I'd be a bit creeped out aswell.. cheers

No coffee machine .no MC, flurry machine water on the floor which i actually slipped on.i complained at the counter until A young lad mopped it up this restaurant needs a serious upgrade
What an absolute disaster run place, waited forever for our order to be ready only to be served food which was cold and undercooked and very unappetising looking, I would have handed it all back only for the fact it was late and we were tired and they were dealing with other customers who were also handing back cold food, definitely won't be returning here in a hurry, the drive thru looked a disaster as well with car's all parked up waiting for food, I don't think they can call themselves a fast food outlet. Wish I would have read recent reviews as they all seem to have experienced the same poor service as we did.

(Kingswood stand alone - not in Asda!) Nearly everytime we visit there is something wrong with the order - cold food, missing items etc. We recently came and didn’t get an item in the bag. When we returned next time my partner mentioned it and we were met with “check your bag” by a girl who was on the tannoy, like it’s our responsibility to make sure we have what we’ve paid for!! She then cut us off and said “is that everything?” Even management didn’t care in the slightest and just humoured us. I know it’s a fast food establishment and maybe I’m expecting too much but that is absolutely disgusting behaviour and customer service. We will be driving further to another McDonald’s from now on. Never going again.

This MacDonalds is the worst I have been to. The slowest service ever, waited nearly 20 mins for 3 burgers. Staff wandering around not seemingly doing much as the tables and floor were filthy. Way too many online orders flying out the door whilst customers stand waiting. Sort yourselves out.

Almost every time I go here the food is cold, sometimes it’s not what I ordered. Sometimes it’s missing things. And it always looks like it’s been built by blind children, with no hands. But sadly it’s incredibly convenient. Think I really need to boycott the place though cause the last burger I got hand holes in the top bun, like someone had grabbed it with a claw.

Worst McDonald's in Hull! The food is cold, chips are pale and staff forgot to include part of my order in the bag! The manager was the only person who took the responsibility of the missed item in the order but the rest of the staff kept rolling their eyes! Also, you have to check if you have got tissues and ketchup added to the bag as some people got it straight but we had to ask for it. You better off going somewhere else!
