Disgusting service!! I ordered a double quarter pounder meal on the McDonalds app(£8.11+£3.99 delivery). When my food arrived it was missing the main item the double quarter pounder, I called the restaurant to complain and they took no interest and just gave me a number to call saying its nothing to do with them, I called this number and a recorded message said "You don't have an order" and the line hang up on me. I tried a few times with just the same result. I called back the restaurant so I could receive my order, but they took no responsibility and just kept trying to pass me onto a third party company. After calling over 5 separate people and companies and spending over half hour trying to talk to someone my chips were stone cold making them completely inedible not to mention a portion of chips alone is not enough for a meal leaving me to cover the cost for a proper meal along with a second delivery cost. I finally got a refund from McDonalds for £2.43 which doesn't even cover the full cost of the missing burger at £6.59 plus with them expecting me to pay for the delivery of my food which didn't arrive is completely disgusting, works out I paid £9.67 for a Coke and cold fries to be delivered. Very unprofessional for such a large company!

i came here today and we went through the drive thru and when i ordered i asked for the sour cream dip which you have to play nearly £1 for which ain’t right as all the are free. when i got to the window i handed my friend sat in the passenger seat the bag of food and she said there is no court break in here so i knocked on the window and asked the girl if i could have some sour cream please as u ordered. and payed for it and she said we don’t have any and slammed the window shut in my face . very poor customer service at the drive thru i am unhappy and will not be returning

Drive-through queue was massive, so I parked up in a parent and child space and took the children inside to place my order. No real issues and the food was pretty much what you would expect.
