Four teenagers, and we’re all well behaved we eat at this McDonald’s really regularly, however may have to stop because of this encounter. I understand the rule of no under 18s allowed upstairs after 20:00 however at 17:45 it’s incredibly stupid, all we wanted is one meal for myself and to sit comfortably without multiple eyes on us like we’re getting been forced to sit downstairs. The majority of our group has social anxiety and dislike been around people that they don’t know, especially eating with people watching them. This encounter has resolved in one of the group having a mental breakdown it’s stupid.

Only time I really bother about a McDonald's is if I'm out on the town for a drink.... I don't particularly like the food but it fills a hole. Staff were good and friendly tables were being cleaned regularly. There was an argument going on but I wasn't close enough to hear what it was about but was shocked security staff didn't step in to nip it in the bud.

Order the two of the fajita crispy wraps one turned up and the other one didn’t with the wrong drink then gave us the just eat number and then got told it’s up to the workers to make sure they put the order in
