I'm not sure when if ever I'll eat avocado on toast again after eating it here. Coffee machine not working. Rather uninspiring place.

Visited a couple of weeks ago. What an absolute disappointment!. Arrived very early afternoon to find that there was very little choice of sandwiches. They appear to be the same ones that are sold in the supermarket so surely it can't be that difficult to restock. Ordered via machine at entrance to cafe. Said no coffee available!. Chips were served before we even sat down and had clearly been cooked some time ago and not hot.Tea was self service ie teapot, teabag and hot water which was the only thing good about the whole experience. We the noticed that coffee was available in the form of an opened jar of instant with a spoon stuck in in. Fortunately I'm not a really coffee drinker but surely this is open to all sorts of contamination from dirty spoons, dirty hands or worse.....Avoid at all costs. Certainly won't be back.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to this cafe. A lot of the tables were dirty and unclean. Don’t order through the table service app as it glitches and so it put two of the same meals on so I had to get a refund. I heard people complaining about the coffee machine not working. Some of the staff kept looking around for table numbers which you would think they would know since they work there. Upon receiving my food it was average. I ordered a sauce pot dip which I did not receive and when I told the staff member about this she said that they had ran out. So I paid for sauce and received nothing. Quite a disappointing experience.

Waited in a long queue only to reach the till and be told they were no hot drink's, coffee machine been unreliable for a long time but wasn’t even any tea this morning as well, had a breakfast without any drinks why couldn’t they put a sign up saying no hot drinks to save people from queuing. Feel sorry for the staff here, short staffed, overworked.

Celing falling to bits, Buckets everywhere, not very welcoming. Coffee machine was broken so only had one, was waiting for our coffee when our food arrived literally not even 5 minutes after we ordered it staff just put it on the table it was cold and not worth the money, really disappointed as i use to love your breakfast.

Every Tuesday for several weeks we have called in Morrisons in Anlaby for a lunch ,only to be informed that when arriving at the order desk ,we haven't any chicken or we haven't any jacket potatoes or we haven't any fish etc. Having spoken directly to the manageress , I suggested that the menu board displaying the meals should only indicate what they are able to provide . Little success with that suggestion ,all the same problems as usual . Many customers have the same complaints ,not the fault of the poor girls out front trying to assist with disappointed customers . Would suggest to higher management that have the ability to sort out the ongoing problems that something is done quickly to resolve this sad situation.

4.30 we turned up and there was no fish and chips and no meat pie meal we picked the lasagne as we were hungry and wanted something we were told it would be I hour wait, this is the fifth time we have eaten something we did not go for, there were so many problems with other people tonight, we have given Morrisons cafe plenty of chances but it has got worse so we are jumping ship before the cafe sinks and I don't think it will be long the way things are going

Unable to have coffee with any plant based milk. Ordered dry unbuttered toast with avocado. This was served... buttered toast!! , which as a vegan I was totally disgusted by.Then there was the issue of presentation and taste. As you can see from the photo, it was an unappealing mess. It was also totally unseasoned, no salt, no lemon juice. Can't believe a cafe can be this bad!

I went for breakfast on a Sunday morning with my mum. To start off with, I was unable to have a coffee as they didn't have any plant based milk, and the automatic machine the coffee came out of, was full of milk from cows, so even if they got plant based milk off the shop floor, I still couldn't have a coffee. I then ordered unbuttered toast with avocado, as I'm vegan (and didn't want the single vegan item on the menu.) This arrived looking terrible. In fact the worse presented avocado on toast I've ever had. But it got worse! The avocado had no seasoning at all, no salt, no lemon juice, literally just mushed up avocado in the middle of a slice of toast. BUT there was one other taste... The taste of the butter I'd specified I DID NOT want!!! I'd definitely recommend you stay away from morrisons cafés if you are vegan, and would only recommend it for omnivores if you have very low expectations when it comes to food.
