To be fair it was really busy and the staff were run off their feet. The food wasn't great to be honest. It all seemed a bit of a rush and I never felt comfortable. The staff I spoke to were nice and polite and one guy was just going on his break and stopped to serve me.Vegetarian options: You can get a bean burger or a bean wrap my friend had the wrap and that was nicer than the burger

We arrived and was greeted by a lovely young worker, there was 14 of us and they accommodated us all even though we could see they were a little short staffed. The manager Steve was also very helpful especially when it came to one of the children with a nut allergy, he took our order and the chefs got all 14 meals out together and no mistakes. The staff made our visit and a good and stress free as we had drive over 3 and a half hours, well done Steve and the team.

we had a very nice meal what we both did enjoy but the staff made us feel very uncomfortable and not pleasant we were getting stared at for most of the meal then when i went to fill my drink up i was getting checked out on every footstep then this rude employee came up to me and in a aggressive manner was like “have you paid for that” when in full matter of fact i had do i always do so i felt very offended and it was the bottomless drink what is infinite refills. truly made me and my parter experience very poor we didn’t feel comfortable for all the time and we had a ridiculous wait of time what was a shocking 50 minutes and they had empty tables for 2 and nobody was going to the tables to eat and baring in mind we got rid 10-15 minutes what we was fine by

Good amazing, had an issue with payment on the app and questioned about it as I was charged 3x the amount and order hadn't even gone through. However, the money came back into my account and the staff were nice about it and helped me. I did realise that after asking this we were not spoke to at all

Went to Nandos for a family dinner tonight. I had the 4-Piece Boneless Chicken Thigh which was quite nice, daughter had the Sunset Burger which was OK albeit that the chicken was a bit dry, and the missus had the Half Chicken which not only was very dry but also still has a piece of feather on it, it was difficult to miss as it was at least an inch long and stood out like a sore thumb. So, zero marks for presentation and quality control - you've all the kitchen staff plus the wait staff and servers and you still managed to either missed it altogether or just didn't care?! Would we go again? Probably not!

Everything about this nandos was great.We had just finished climbing at Rock up and my daughter was in her words "STARVING"We asked if they had a table for us and they did and the guy who took us to our table was easy going and friendly.We ordered and enjoyed our meals and came out quite full.Overall experience for our daddy daughter day was great and this food topped it off.
