The last few times I have visited the food has only just been warm. We go through the drive through at Bilton and the last few times we have had missed items or asked for gravy and got mushy peas( we have had our receipt to prove this. Will definitely be finding a new fish and chip shop.

We spent over £30 n asked at the time of ordering iff it can be split into 2 orders in separate bags,we then told then again when paying it was 2 separate orders and needed putting in 2 separate bags, the young lad said yes he'll put it on the receipt and when it came to the window it was all in 1 bag, it was a young girl and we asked iff we could have another bag so we could our skns order in a separate bag to drop off at separate address and she said we couldn't have another bag because it was all done on 1 order absolutely disgusting, you spend over £30 and not allowed an extra bag

The actual food was excellent but the place was so cold we all sat with our hat and coats on,when I booked a table I was informed that they had trouble with the heating but I never imagined it would be so cold,I would have gone elsewhere but our party included an old lady of 94 so it was very difficult to find another venue at such short notice,I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t provide some temporary heating ,they did have a small heater but a candle would have thrown more heat out ,I think it should not have been open until it was warm enough as it was nearly warmer outside ,shame on whoever decides to keep it open
Lovely service from the young lady working on the till tonight, very helpful and cheery. Quick and efficient service. Food was lovely and I’d recommend to friends and family.

The restaurant was absolutely freezing no heating on which made our food go cold within minutes, we even had to eat with our coats on, my mum is 86yrs old and I had to keep her hands warm by rubbing them with mine every few minutes.I complained to the waitress and she was in full agreement about the restaurant not having heating, many others had complained. She was very nice and said she had given the feedback to her managerEven my mums cuppa of hot tea was cold after 10mins, we had to ask for another oneFor £36 this was not worth the moneyCold restaurant and cold foodDisgusting.And also the add the light in the disable toilet did not work so I had to take my mum into the ladies toilets and help her.I think I should be offered some discount voucher for such a terrible experienceI would appreciate some acknowledgment about this complaintParking: Good parking

Went for a evening meal after work the restaurant was freezing the waitress said the heating had broken down. Meal was OK but went cold before we could finish it people didn't hang around after eating perhaps this is the management way to stop people stayjng. If thinking of visiting this restaurant take a fleece to keep warm
