Love a pizza hut night with family. Disappointed that it's not on 1/3 off with meerkat meals now, it's now 25% better than nothing. Bottomless pepsi max. Staff very helpful especially as I am not good with technology and apps.

We had an extremely large group of students on a field trip who made a relatively last minute booking. The team here were phenomenal at accommodating us. They provided excellent service and served our entire group well. We had a fully satisfied group of students and the meals were all excellent. A big ‘well done’ to the front house staff and cooks who hosted us (Monday, March 18).

Arrived at 3.30pm for our booking. Table was all set out. staff told told us how it all worked. we chose to have them take our orders. Food was yummy, just tasted the same as it did when i was a child. not a cheap tea.

I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere but it was very quiet when we went in as it was in the afternoon which is how we like it.Food fine and the 3 of us enjoyed it all. No reason to complain.Parking: It's a large retail site so plenty of parking.

Me and my two kids visited the Pizza Hut in Clive Sullivan Way, Hull on Monday, 5th February 2024. I had booked a table for my son's 13th birthday.
Due to our busy schedules, I would have never had a chance to drop any balloons or other decorations off before the meal. When we arrived we were surprised with a lovely 'Happy Birthday Teenager' banner on the table and a board with garlic bread and a 'Happy 13th Birthday' writing in a BBQ sauce ;) Sally, who looked after us, could not be more helpful. Super energetic, cheerful and very approachable, she was surrounded by other, also lovely and smiling, colleagues. The food was delicious (we hadn't been to Pizza Hut for ages!) and the facilities were clean.
We all enjoyed the visit and it appears 'we now must be back' for my daughter's birthday!

I visited the restaurant on Clive Sullivan Way, Hull, on Monday night. (I havent been to Pizza Hut for at least 20 years, so I really wasnt sure. But lured by a free meal, I duly went.) BUT I could not have been more impressed!! The staff were absolutely 5*. They were all incredibly kind, polite and professional, and the food was really lovely! Have they changed their pizza recipe? Really nice! Very pleased I went. Waist line, less so.

Food was lovely and hot and there was plenty of choices and the salad bar is always a winner with me but the hot broccoli and cheese pasta is to die for. No.1 make it like Pizza Hut. The staff are lovely and friendly and always there if you need anything. 5star ⭐️ rating every time we go.

Awful - pizza was tough, hair in the salad, salad was soggy, begrudge paying over £40 for 2 of us to share a pizza which we couldn't eat, had to place the order on line, get our own salad and our own drinks - why have waiters/wairesses, so pleased we didn't leave a tip. The only saving grace was that the staff were polite when explaining that we had to do everything ourselves!!!
