This is one of the nicest Premier Inns I have ever stayed at and it was made even nicer by the incredible service we received from deputy manager Grant. His attentiveness to everything and refusal to accept second best has absolutely made our stay. A masterclass in customer service and how to treat people.

Paid top money to stop here [3x work colleagues] on business in Premium rooms? Not worth it.We actually cancelled our next night. Myself & 3 colleagues.Even cancelled our next 3 visits during the year.Arrived to find no hot water. Apparently they had issues & never said.Was told by guy on reception & quote " can't do anything about it get a cold shower"?????Reception staff very unhelpfulIt's been an accumulation of issues for years. We have been coming here for over 10 years for work at least 8x a year.Not good enough Premier Inn?

What can I say but from start to finish it was brilliant the place was in a great location also all the staff were lovely and friendly food was fantastic and everywhere was immaculate carnt wait to go again I would give 10 stars if I could.Rooms: We had standard room everything you need

PARKING SCAM! They have a scam going with the parking company that run the carpark. A bunch of us from work had a CPC training course there and depsite handing our registrations in on a piece of paper to reception as told we have all got fines which have all being rejected on appeal despite us proving we were there for the training course. Do not park there no matter what they tell you.

It's usual expectations for this class of hotel for what you pay in this country. Rooms are always a bit dated...it wasn't built last month... Comfortable and only around £55 a night for 2 of us with breakfast!Our trip was about Hull. The location is just a 5 min walk from the old town across a decent footbridge. 10 mins you're well into Hull. A mere 10 mins to the deep. And it's free parking in the building given the location. Great!We were fine. Staff friendly and helpful.

City centre! It's a wasteland with nothing around it, which means you have to eat in the hotel.Service in the restaurant is poor, I waited 40 minutes for my starter. They obviously forgot about me. They did give me a pint on the house (thanks!) but then I had to wait for ages to pay. Over 2 hours for dinner in a Premier Inn restaurant. Not worth the wait. Disappointing.
Nice comfortable rooms very nice hotel situated right in the centre. Food wasn't the best to be honest.

Absolutely terrible I stayed here for one night with my family we wasn’t given a cot bed instead two single beds one which was placed near the window that had a huge unnecessary handle that sticks out like a clothes rail my 3year old son banged his head it was horrendous the staff didn’t offer to switch rooms or offer any kind of medical care the lump and bruises are still very visible and it’s been almost a week would never recommend this hotel heating wouldn’t work it was freezing cold again staff didn’t care shambles of a hotel and I’m just waiting to see what customer relations have to say about such a careless health and safety issue in such a well know hotel chain

Perfect location to Hull's old town night life. Short walking distance to Hulls city center. Quick check in, staff very friendly, room was very clean, loads of parking. Great breakfast, there is a bar where you can have drinks and the view is lovely. easy check out.Rooms: The room was very clean and spacious, bathroom was very clean shower was great to use.Safety: The key card has to be used in the lift to get to the rooms, which was great.
