Came early with family to go to rock up. The shopping centre is quiet early in the morning but gets really busy later on. Plenty of places to eat but not many places to sit if it's bad weather. Also it's really cold except for inside the shops.

You can practically get anything you want in this mall from clothes to electronics to groceries to food etc...and the ambience is quite appealing

Needs more parking pay points on the upper floors, especially during the festive period. One per floor is not enough.

Okay, not what it used to be, but still a very well laid out shopping centre. Easy to find what your looking for with some lovely places to get a snack.

Nice place to do a bit of convenience shopping, just a small number of shops but there is a food court upstairs.

Busy, not too big, vibrant and with almost every type of shop and food you could want

Could be much better warmer and try adding more luxurious stores and eateries like Indian asian Spanish foods cafes.

Great shopping centre with loads of shops, and plenty of parking. Also great disabled access and charge points for electric cars. The traffic lights andnroad is a nightmare though. Took us ages to just get from the mall to the main road.

It's great that all the shops I need are under one roof. Stressless shopping. Sometimes ?

Big shopping centre with a large selection of things to do, including a cinema, restaurants, and an arcade. Great variety of shops and two main car parks. Has good disabled accessibility with lifts, a ramp entrance at one side, disabled toilets, and wide entrances to all shops. Right next to the station and is easy to get to.

Absolutely disgusting place and the attitude of the staff was also disgusting.Tables filthy asked if there could clean them so we have a seat. Got complete rudeness by the guy. And we heard ladies in the kitchen arguing about someone laughing at them. Had no hot chocolate, hardly no food, and this was only midday.

Car park like an obstacle course with vehicles stuck out in narrow places so between dodging cars and bollards not pleasant in an average sized vehicle. He food area is just a nightmare not enough seating and nowhere to go if your getting food from more than one place. All seating in food outlets full. By the time we found 1 of 4 seats in a waiting area outside Prezzo food was cold. No wonder I rarely come come here anymore it needs to get with the times and make it more family friendly with proper seating instead of open spaces and wide walkways which could easily accommodate tables and chairs for people to use. Would provide them direct feedback however their website doesn’t have this function or an email address!
