Quite a busy starbucks. The coffee and hot chocolate was good but came served not very hot. All and all a pleasant experience.Parking: Decent parking in the carpark nextdoorWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is not good. They have a very limited number of wheelchair spots. And the electric charging points is not disabled accessible at all. And as far away from the entrance as possible. There are lifts to help if your a wheelchair user. But on the day we visited half the escalators didn't work. So could not access the higher floors. Due to everyone using the lifts. I would say stay away during holiday periods.

Love popping in to see the staff for a coffee, before I get my train. Amber and Sarah are very chatty and always remember my order.

It's a neat coffee shop, usually go here with my family as they can't seem to avoid going but I quite enjoying getting a Caramel Frap myself.

A copy of any other Starbucks. Some seats and tables are like being back in nursery school.

The dishwasher is apparently broken for over two weeks now so unable to wash the cups. Everything is served in one use cups. I wonder how they clean the utensils if they can't wash the cups.

Starbucks at St Stephen's Shopping Centre is located on the upper level of the shopping centre, in the city centre of Hull. The interior is fairly modern, the window seats have nice views of the shopping centre below, and there's mainly comfortable seating, although I do think the overall size is just not adequate, considering this is the only Starbucks in the city centre that isn't in the train station, so it does get very busy.I ordered a Venti Iced PSL via the mobile app, there was a reasonably long wait for my drinks, and the waiting area felt very cramped, but they were busy.My drink tasted good and was up to a reasonable standard, although it did cost a little more than usual as this is a franchise location, it worked out 40 p more compared to a corporate-owned store, this can add up if you visit a lot and buy multiple drinks.Due to being located inside the shopping centre, they do close fairly early at 7 pm, the only other Starbucks nearby would be located inside the train station, but even then they're only open until 8 pm and don't accept Starbucks cards for payment.3* - Decent Starbucks, yet very busy. Definitely could do with an extra store in the city centre to take the load of this one, which will likely make the experience better across the board.

I normally avoid chains such as Starbucks, Costa, Cafe Nero etc but there didn’t seem to be any other choice here. 1 member of staff serving, quite busy, therefore assume they are short staffed. Sat down to drink my small £3.50 (expect these prices in London, not Hull!) Americano and it was lukewarm. Took it back but had to wait as a queue had formed. No apology from server. Then she asked if I wanted hot milk. I said yes, but unfortunately on drinking it, it was now more like a latte. Had to leave it anyway as my train was now due shortly. As most places these days, Starbucks pay lip service to being environmentally friendly, however the whole time 2 taps were running constantly. Water being the most important source on earth Starbucks! Needless to say will be avoiding the chains even more from now on.
