Bought 6" veggie sandwich, the staff put so little fillings. I asked for more but the staff put only tiny, tiny amount of fillings and drop of sauce, when eaten all you could taste was bread, really disappointed with the sandwich.

One person serving - with a big queue waiting. I asked for a coffee but they had no milk and when I tried to redeem a subway reward from the app they couldn’t figure how to do it so I then had to pay. The poor lady serving was running around and looked throughly fed up. When someone in the queue asked if anyone else was around she said just 1 other member of staff who was cleaning ?

I ordered 2 footlong meal deals food was freezing. They sent Pepsi max which I really don't like. The could of called an asked if I wanted another option I do it all the time in rhe place I work. An to top it off we didn't get our cookies. I've ordered 3 times this will be the 4th an every other time its been spot on but this time I'm not happy with the results. Also you can't even call them to tell them if I could give a zero today I would. Sorry subway but I'm disapointed

What a joke stood in que 10 mins while the staff dealt with app order, who manages these stores have a dedicated person dealing with app orders instead of leaving customers on lunch breaks, its not high end management just common sense
