Went to buy a salad from subway. Before I did I popped to the ladies toilet, wow how filthy the toilet pan was green the whole toilet area was dirty. I told a member of staff to inform the manager who basically couldn’t care less. I told her I would not be buying food if the toilet were any reflection on the rest of the shop, the whole shop is shabby for a chain of food shops disgraceful.

Visited here today for lunch with my partner and the reason for this review is simply down to the staff member called Jordan, he was very friendly, incredibly professional and very thorough at his job. Absolute credit to that subway branch and had to give him a mention... Keep up the good vibe

Went for lunch, the staff were busy talking with their friends who came in. When we were finally served the sun was as hard as a brick. Brought it back, the manager then tried to argue the case until i told her to tap it against the counter. Got another one made, just as bad. Ended up leaving it without eating, absolutely disgraceful place.

Wait in line for 15 minutes because they is only one young “very slow” ginger lad on to then be told we have no meatballs left on a Saturday afternoon . First time and last time visit plus £9:99 for a foot long sandwich is ridiculous.

Popped into subway at Kingswood for our lunch.The staff.You young man serving was well presented and very friendly. He was helpful and a very pleasant person to chat to.The shop.It’s a basic subway clean and has easy access.The food.Sadly the food was very poor. The bread was hard and definitely NOT fresh. Having paid £16 for 2 sandwiches (meal deals) I could not believe we had to throw half of the food away as the bread was as stale as it was.The salad again definitely NOT fresh.Very poor quality food considering its a subway and of course the cost.I don’t know if I would try them again or not.

This place is a joke. Made my order went to eat and it was literally dry rock hard, brought it back and told them, so they get the manager. I said "if those rolls are all like that I don't mind having a different kind." She assured me that they weren't. So I have another one made, and the exact same thing happened. Rock hard crunchy and dry as you could get so I threw it in the bin and left. Really poorly run.

A Subway that has no Sub Rolls... That's right. 12 o'clock dinner time and they say they've got no bread. This place is probably the worst subway I've ever been , seen or heard of. Whoever owns this franchise needs should be ashamed. Either a Gambler or a incompetent business owner. Seriously...subway no subs ??? it's like Costa having no coffee... jokers. Absolute jokers.

Charged me 3 times and refused to refund or help never coming here again.
Ordered our food and been waiting over an hour for it and still not arrived, our Uber eats app was telling us it was being prepared then said someone was on there way to pick it up and then they needed to find a new driver this happened 5 time, we’ve tried to call multiply times to cancel our order and no answer don’t recommend ordering from here absolutely disgusting customer service

Honestly the have really nice sandwiches and I like how they make them as well. They were 100% fresh and beautiful. The staff there were very nice, understanding and polite. Best subway franchise there is in Hull?

Just visited today. As a Coeliac I ordered the gluten free and was pleased to witness the excellent hygiene standards. The members of staff were friendly and service was exceptional... thank you.
