Ordered a 12 inch for collection, Italian white veggie delight toasted with tons of fillings. The image below is what I received after getting ready to eat it on the train.I got my cookies, these were raw in the middle.Going to mcdonalds!

so unprofessional. worker sat on the counter top. felt like when i was ordering i was interpreting them!! sandwich was rubbish as well. cucumber was frozen, chicken tasted dirty and not fresh. limit menu. place is just dirty and would not return even had to complain to head office as it was so

The shop isn’t meant to close until 7, yet they had started shutting everything down at 5:30. So only take away was available. They also didn’t have any meatballs. Then I went back at 6 to order a pizza slice but they were mopping the floors and had turned all the ovens off so hot food wasn’t available.

it is unacceptable, I went to eat in the morning, I ordered and accidentally paid twice and the people there told me that the money would come in 3 working days, since then a month has passed and the money has not entered my account, and I went today to explain what happened and nothing... I said it was my fault

If it's a quick sit down meal you're after, this is a nutritional healthy food alternative to a big Mac or Whopper. Atmosphere? What atmosphere? But sandwiches are made to order fresh, and service at this Subway very good. Tables to eat in kept clean and tidy.

I came in today looking at the menu and the lady said what do you want then I said Is it halal she said no nothing is halal here why don’t you go to the other subways also it dosent feel welcoming and they is only usally 1 customer there then my friend ordered a 99p snack thingy that had cheese on bread and the lady threw on the table and my friend tried to pay but she was shouting at him saying contactless is on the side ITS ON THE SIDE then he payed and we went I don’t recommend this play

‘Subway - eat fresh’The only thing fresh was the attitude of the staff.I don’t remember asking for rude, slow, unprofessional staff, blaming us for ordering the gluten free options, claiming that it is a large order (equivalent to 2 foot longs and 1 6”), and that’s the reason why they were being so incredibly slow and customers had to wait.Some customers even left.I have been to several subway stores and they’ve never had an issue with this order.I have ordered more food at a different location, that has one member of staff and it was done quicker.Staff have no time management, or managed at all by the looks of it.Why deal with an inefficient workforce when you can blame the customer?We will not be returning to this store again.Warning to anyone that chooses the gluten free option, you will be treated unfairly for your intolerance/allergy, because they aren’t prepared to put in the extra work that they will charge extra for.No option for no stars.
