Had the tuna wrap meal and it was delicious, not to busy so was able to grab something on a small break, friendly staff and clean and tidy

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Staff are very rude and abrupt. The young man at the till called Darren who was serving was very aggressive and down right nasty when i asked his name for a review. I work in retail so understand how challenging customer service is, and know it's nearly impossible to please everyone. However iv never been so insulted and angry at the level or lack of service and concern for customers
