Five of us visited tonight, lots of out of stocks reeled off before we could order. Nothing in the sweet treats cabinet. A little disappointing. As you walk into the pod Subway actually looks closed even when you get to the door. We used to visit all the time and haven't been in a couple of years. It was quite sad really, like the place needs a little tlc. The available options all looked fresh and staff were polite and friendly. Couldn't ask for more from them but you could tell they felt awkward/embarrassed by the amount of items that weren't available.

Subway is a preferred fast food choice as it's a little healthier than certain burger establishments. The sandwich was fine and the service was okay but no atmosphere at all unfortunately. It's amazing how different each site is.

Have used lots of Subways and they can be a little hit or miss where customer service and options are concerned. Not an issue here and the staff are always pleasant, the serving area and restaurant are clean and the products on offer fresh and plentiful.

Went in today with my son. He just wanted a plain cheese 6inch. He doesn’t like salad in his sandwich so I asked for cucumber to be put on the side! A very rude lady serving said “No we can only put it in the sandwich”. Absolutely ridiculous,!!!We’ve been to numerous Subways in the past including this one and they have just put the cucumber next to the Sandwich and wrapped it up!Needless to say we didn’t say to eat.Come on subway - where’s your flexibility and customer service!

Service was excellent however there were too many people coming in to a small confined area and no one to control the amount of customers entering. The female behind me took off her mask once inside and did not observe social distancing. Management needs to be monitoring this kind of behaviour. The restaurant im afraid did not feel safe under the current circumstances staffing levels need to be higher to monitor and control the environment . This is not a reflection on the two staff at the counter they were very busy this is a management issue.

Isn't it disgusting when you go into a shop and see 2 elderly people buying a sandwich for one of your workers to ask if they can do track and trace, understandably the old couple didn't have a mobile phone so was unable to do it. Because of that the worker refused to continue serving them and threw their order in the bin. Should be ashamed of yourselves subway. Why couldn't you just take a name and number like normal people would have done. I definitely won't be back .

Love a subway sandwich stuffed full of salad and chicken, a meal in a baguette. EXCELLENT value for money especially if you have a meal deal. Definitley one to try out. Amazing selections to choose from something for everyone.
