Chicken in Chicken fried rice was lovely but Chicken in Curry not very nice and quite tough. Normally no complaints but this time 5 out of 10

As a loyal customer to superwok we have always been a big fan of the food, but lately Iv noticed when ordering online the minimum spend is £20 plus £3.50 delivery. Even though they got shut door last year due to poor food hygiene you would think they would be greatful for the custom. The minimum spend and delivery fee is extortionate and superwok have now lost a loyal customer due to greediness

Absolutely rancid, the food smelled like wet dog, the noodles were mushy and drenched in this awful sticky liquid, (I ordered plain noodles) the so called ‘duck’ I was served in the so called black bean was just fat and skin, 2/3 pieces of actual meat in there, the sauce was almost see through and resembled a very salty cheap gravy. The delivery driver was great however and came back with another dish after I called and complained, he was super friendly too, I’m actually writing this while having horrendous Diarrhoea due to the god awful food! If it weren’t for my partner ordering without telling me, we’d never have ordered from here and never will again for sure! If it was possible to give 0 stars I would, thanks for the mild food poisoning super wok, maybe your chef will learn to cook properly at some point! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND ORDER FROM LUCKY STAR HOLDERNESS ROAD!!

Not to bad 1st time there

Prawn toast was spongy and didn't have much taste, spring rolls had a really strange taste to them. The chicken and sweetcorn soup genuinely tasted like water. Fried rice was ok and the chicken satay was ok. The main dishes seemed to be better compared to the smaller starter things we got, which seemed to just be reheated.

Took 2 hours and 10 minutes to come when we was told a hour. Didn’t receive spring rolls in the order and meat was poor quality. Noodles so plain too, waste of £30

We order from superwok regular and its really nice food, never had an issue with the food. The only problem which seems to occure is waiting time, its always either 1 hour and half or 2 hours for it to finally arrive, i understand times may be busy but 2 hours isnt really acceptable, especially when we have stayed loyal to the same chinese as we enjoy their food. And when we call, they always say "its just leaving" but then still takes over half an hour at least to arrive still.Need more delivery drivers or another cook to help in my opinion ??
