This peculiar little bar had a lot to offer. It exuded a friendly and warm atmosphere, thanks in part to the great staff who made you feel right at home. The customers were equally welcoming, creating a convivial atmosphere. It was also dog-friendly, which added to its charm. What truly stood out was the wide selection of beverages available, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Please don’t offer board games in your venue - especially the game catchphrase where you literally have to “say what you see” … it was our first drink of the afternoon in what was an otherwise dead bar with no atmosphere. We were asked to keep the noise down by the owner in a game, which demands vocalisation. Also the vibe (and drinks) is contrived - they sell the Scottish “delicacy” - buckfast ?- along with a series of German Beers didn’t quite gel for us …. Sorry !
